• Are you an event planner, floral designer, or a travel agent?

All three! To create seamless events, we are called upon to handle the event from start to finish. In doing this, we are required to wear many hats. We offer many in-house services to our clients to make their experience as enjoyable as possible. Also, while weddings are a large part of our clientele, we do not limit ourselves to one type of event.

  • Are you exclusive only to Louisville?

No. We create events anywhere our clients desire, nationwide and abroad. Travel and International Events are welcome.

  • Do you plan Destination Weddings?

Yes! We plan and execute destination weddings at venues like Napa and the Biltmore Estate in the U.S., and also abroad in places like Italy or the Caribbean. We take care of logistics, travel arrangements, hotel room blocks, and legal paperwork required to get married outside your hometown.

  • What if I don’t live near you?

We can still take care of all of the planning and logistics for your event no matter where you live.

  • Do you travel to the destination for site visits, inspections, meetings, etc?

Yes, we will do whatever is required to create a seamless, stress-free event for our clients.

  •  Will you personally oversee my event?

Of course! I personally oversee every event that we are hired to manage. For events with multiple locations or venues, I may need to send staff ahead of me to meet delivery personnel or other vendors; However, I am the person overseeing the logistics and event timelines.

  • What are your primary services?

Every event that we create is different, and we are called upon to provide many services. However, we primarily provide Event Design and Long-Distance Planning, Destination Event Management, Floral, Decor, and Travel Services.

  • How many years of experience do you have?

I have over 25 years experience in the events & floral industries, and over 10 years in the travel and hospitality industry.

  • What about Ethnic or Same-Sex Weddings?

Yes! This business serves everyone.

  • Do you have specific packages available to choose from?

Most of our events are custom designed for each client, and not based on a set package. Occasionally, there are travel packages put together with special rates for groups at Destination Weddings.

  • Do you help with Proposals, Elopements, or Honeymoons?

Yes! We can plan all arrangements for surprise proposals, plan all arrangements for elopements, and book your honeymoon trip.

  • Do you help with Stationary, Attire, Linen & Fabric Selection, Rentals, & Decor?

Yes, all these things are integral to the design process.

  • Do you service floral-only events?

Yes, for certain occasions we will create only florals for an event. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your vision!

  • Can we bring our own centerpieces, linens, or decorations?

The benefit of choosing us to execute your event is that we can handle ALL of these details! Because these items are so important to the overall aesthetic of an event, we must provide all design elements, including centerpieces and linens.

  • What is your Privacy Policy?

We take our clients’ privacy very seriously!  Whether you are a celebrity, public figure, corporation, or a private individual, we will not share, sell or divulge details of a client’s event to any third parties. We never disclose personal information of a client or any of their guests. Event details are held in the highest confidentiality. Only with client’s pre-approval, we may use a client’s name or photos for future marketing. However, full non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
